I accept returns and cancellations
- If you wish to return your item please contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
- Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Earrings
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations
- If you cancel your Video Call before 48 hours of the appointment you will receive a full refund, you will be liable for the full payment if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
- Cancellation of Video and Email readings - There will be no refund.
- If I need to cancel your appointment at any time you will be able to make another appointment or I will refund your payment in full.
