Cancellations
- If you cancel your Video Call before 48 hours of the appointment you will receive a full refund, you will be liable for the full payment if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
- If I need to cancel your appointment at any time you will be able to make another appointment or I will refund your payment in full.
Delivery Of Services
- When you book a Video Call you will book a time and date.
- When you book an Email Reading I will send your reading to you within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- When You book a Video Reading I will send the video link to you within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Products
- I use naturally occurring crystals in my products. I am unable guarantee the colours will be absolutely as seen on screen. As these are natural stones they are not uniform colours.
- I use the Royal Mail postal service to send my items and I will post your items as soon as I can.
